Air Max CP-1M accuracy at 10m

Average accuracy for tested CP-1M airgun is 0.6 cm (≈ 0.2 inch) horizontal and 1.1 cm (≈ 0.4 inch) vertical accuracy. Diagonal = 1.2 cm (≈ 0.5 inch) (from center-to-center of the hits). Tested distance was 10m. The details of test can be seen below shooter's description.

Scope: Aim Sports 2-7x32 (scope used only for accuracy testing) gun is 3 months old. Indoor shooting. Sandbags Wind: 0 My opinion about this gun is a plinking type gun. This gun is sold under several names. While the overall finish is very good for an inexpensive CO2 type gun. The bore is oversize and shoots best with 4.53 pellets, in my case. The Crosman Boxed Dome pellets are mostly 4.53 and 4.54. Out of 21 different type of pellets, only 3 shot under 3/4" at 10 meters. It does have good velocity. It has a rated velocity of 500 fps with a 8 grain pellet and achieves that. When shooting 10 shot groups it tends to shoot 2 difference groups. I read on the forums guys describing this gun as accurate, very accurate or extremely accurate, but no mention of actual group size or distance, just they could hit a soda can every time.
